General

The protection and safety of your personal data are important to us. This web page therefore stores and processes data exclusively in accordance with the Austrian and European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). As a user, you give your consent to the data processing as outlined in this declaration. You may find the updated version of the GDPR at https://eur-lex.europa.eu/legal-content/EN/TXT/HTML/?uri=CELEX:32016R0679&from=EN .

This privacy statement refers to this web page only. Should you be directed to other pages via links placed on our web pages, please familiarise yourself with the data processing practices directly on the newly accessed web page. Your personal data (e.g. title, name, address, email address, telephone number, bank details, credit card number) will be processed by us exclusively in accordance with the provisions of the Austrian data protection law. The subsequent provisions provide information on the type, extent and purpose of the personal data as well as on how they are collected, processed, and used.

Please note that data transmission via the Internet (e.g. in email communication, or via non- encrypted web pages) may be vulnerable to security breaches. It is not possible to provide complete protection of data against third-party access.

By contracting services via our web page, the data you transferred or entered will be, either manually or in an automated procedure, checked against the existing database as regards validity and correctness, and, if necessary, corrected in order to keep the data stored by us up to date. For this purpose, it might be necessary for our employees to contact you, either by email or by telephone. The data provided by you are used for the sole purpose of processing your order and registration. They will not be transferred to a third party.

After the contract has been performed and there remains no legal obligation to store the data, the data will be deleted.

Our editors verify links that direct to other web pages very rigorously. Nevertheless, we assume no liability or responsibility whatsoever for contents of web pages linked by our web page or by other web pages.

Contact form

Should you contact us with the help of the contact form, the data obtained from the contact form and the contact details entered therein will be stored by us for the purpose of  processing your inquiry and handling possible follow-up questions. We will not transfer these data unless you provide your consent.

Inventory information

Without your explicit consent or any legal basis, we will not transfer your personal data to third parties that are not involved in the processing of the contract. After the contract has been fully processed, your data will be blocked against further use. After the expiration of fiscal and commercial provisions, your data will be deleted, unless you have not explicitly agreed to its further use.

If required for the creation, drafting or modification of the contractual relationship, your personal data (inventory information) will be used for the sole purpose of processing the contract. In order, for example, to deliver the products, your name and address will have to be forwarded to the goods supplier.

Credit review

Should we deliver upfront, e.g. in the event of payment on invoice, we may, if applicable, request a credit check linked to your person.

In that case, your personal data (e.g. name and address) will be forwarded to the company in question. Relying on mathematical-statistical methods, we will verify the risk of an eventual default in payment. The result of the credit review will determine whether or not we will enter into a purchase contract with you.
